In the event of having to re-arrange or cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice and all cancellations will incur a £25 administration fee to refund payment. Should this notice period not be provided, we reserve the right to cover our own business costs and in order to do so, we will need to charge the full appointment fee. As we are sure you can appreciate, it would be difficult to fill the appointment at such short notice, but if the space can be filled, we will let you know and there will be no charge.
Please kindly ensure that you arrive punctually for your appointment. We endeavour to operate a professional clinic that runs on time for all of our clients. Failure to do so may require us to reschedule your appointment and incur a fee.
Your medical report will be emailed to you, normally within three days following your appointment. Should you require a postal copy a £10.00 administration fee will be applied to cover additional expenses.
